Coffee Recipe: Chocolate Cherry Jubilee Frappe

It's summer. Summer means happiness. Happiness is brought on by chocolate, coffee, and cold drinks. Oh, and cherries. Now let's combine all four things into one big happy frappe!

This frappe is deliciously chocolatey and has a special sweet spot in our hearts with the plump cherry on top.

You can make this frappe with some partially frozen coffee, about 1.5 cups, partially thawed. 1/2 cup of frozen cherries, 1 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tbsp. of maraschino cherry juice, 1/4 cup of stevia, and 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut milk. This recipe will make about four cups.

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. This will take approximately two minutes.

If you are interested in the drink but not a huge coffee fan, feel free to add some milk and cubes and make it more of a milkshake! If you want to make the drink real smooth, blend it for a while. If you want to make it thicker, then add in some xanthan gum (1/8 of a teaspoon). Before we mentioned the recipe making four cups, if you add in the xanthan gum, it will stretch it to six cups.

If you are counting your calories, this drink is about 46.2 calories per serving (2 cups is one serving). Fat is 1.6g, 0 cholesterol, 38.1g of sodium, 9.2 carbs, 5.8g of sugar, and .08g of protein.

What Your Coffee Order Says About You

Coffee is a very popular, and healthy, beverage. Millions and millions of people around the world drink the stuff every morning, afternoon, evening, and night. With so many people around the world drinking coffee, people with varying interests and tastes (pun intended), there is certainly a wide variety of coffee options.

Our fresh coffee team decided to put a little article together to talk about how your particular coffee order just might describe the type of person you are. Yes, the article is somewhat facetious, although you might find some truth in here, too.

  • The latte lover: Latte drinkers tend to seek out comfort, be chill, and reflect on things. They like to add in some cream and sugar to their coffee, which reminds of them of how there's always a little sweetness in a dark, bitter world. Their mug is often playful and they like to have shirts sporting an interest from their childhood. Like Thundercats. Their ideal way to drink coffee is to lay on the couch or comfy recliner, while wearing moccasins and comfortable jeans.

  • The espresso enthusiast: Always on the move and taking charge. Is that their fourth shot of espresso since the morning status meeting? I've lost count. They like abbreviated words in emails and texts to save time. Of course, they have a loyal personal assistant who is like a gatekeeper at Fort Knox.

  • The cappuccino consumer: The extroverted socialite (to any degree) who is creative and looks on the bright side of life (cue Monty Python). They are attached to multiple screens and conversations at once (whether the conversations are on devices or live will vary). They like to doodle and do other artsy things like paint, make origami, or build Pinterest crafts. They live at coffee shops.

  • The black coffee bud: The serious one. Straight-laced. Quiet, dedicated, and often a purist. Sometimes enigmatic. Presentation is as it should be: perfectly parted, professional hair, pressed suits (often black but other mute colors are welcome), either has a mustache or clean-shaven, sometimes sports fun socks.

  • The artisan coffee aficionado. The fashionable one, often wearing plaid, a beard or solid stubble, and either glasses or a scarf. If not wearing plaid, then a tight sweater will do. They live outside the mainstream lifestyle, never enters the big chain coffee shops, and they prefer to drink the expensive coffee that was extracted from some animal's fecal matter. Don't be shocked if their Instagram is full of overhead shots of art drawn in the foam (if they get a drink with foam).

  • The frappuccino fanatic. Blogger. Instagrammer. Pinterest poet. They do it all. Their eyes on their smartphone posting a tweet about the latest fashion guides and trends. Of course, they are always on the move and moving quickly. They stay ahead of the trends.

So which coffee drinker are you? Or do you prefer a simple cup of K-Cup coffee or a cup of fresh ground coffee at home? Whichever you are, we love that you love coffee and express yourself genuinely!

What Is Estate Grown Coffee?

There are several terms in the coffee world that describe different things. Some of the terms are very clear, while others are much more ambiguous. For example, estate grown coffee. That is a fairly easy term to understand, it's grown on an estate but what does it really mean?

Aren't all coffees grown on an estate or farm?

Well, yes, all coffees are grown on a farm. However, coffees that are marked "Estate Grown" feature the cool characteristic that every bean in that bag usually comes from the same farm, or estate.

Estate grown coffee is a specific type of single-origin coffee. The far
ms the coffee comes from are often small to mid-range in size; a few acres all the way to many square miles, sometimes a collection of farms.

The benefit of estate grown coffee is that it often has a special, unique flavor compared to traditional coffee blends. Check out the estate grown coffee blends that Coffeevines has to offer!

Purchase some estate grown coffee K-Cups from Coffeevines and get a special blend of coffee that we know you will be a fan of.

New Coffee Craze to Hit the Market: Nitro Coffee. Heard of It?

A new coffee craze will soon take over the world of coffee: nitro coffee. AC Beverage created a brewing system, the JoeTap system, which creates a new kind of coffee that creates a coffee that generates a quite a buzz.

Nitro coffee is simply that is infused with nitrogen. The JoeTap system makes the coffee with a cold brew method and uses the nitrogen to create a foamy, cascading head (much like Guinness). With the creaminess of the coffee and slightly sweet flavor, the coffee goes down easily. Due to the brewing system, the concentration of caffeine remains very high.

The system adds no cream or sugar into the coffee but it certainly tastes like it has both! A coffee with some sweetness and creaminess, you must try it.

The best coffee craze is arriving since the creation of the coffee K-Cup

5 Debunked Myths About Coffee

Coffee is a subject of many studies and discussions. Some people it should be prepared one way, while other people believe it should be another way. With so many people talking about it, there are bound to be some myths about coffee that we sometimes mistake as fact.

1. The hotter the coffee, the better it is. Your coffee should not be boiling hot when you are pouring it into your mug. It should be hot but not so hot that you scold yourself on the first sip. If you make your coffee with a kettle, like with a french press, do not wait until the water starts to boil to remove it from the stove. Your coffee should be between 195 and 205 degrees.

2. It's bad for the heart. Unless you are sensitive or allergic to something in coffee, such as the caffeine, then having a cup or two per day can actually be good for your heart, according to the American Heart Association.

3. It dehydrates you. Coffee is commonly blamed for being a beverage that dehydrates people. Yes, caffeine is a diuretic, which pulls water out of your body. However, water is the main ingredient in coffee. According to research in the PLoS ONE journal states that the amount of water in coffee outweighs the diuretic effect of the caffeine.

4. It sobers you up. The classic scene in movies after the characters go drinking is to see them guzzle coffee to sober up. Well, that would be the case if being drunk was merely being severely tired. Unfortunately, alcohol is stubborn and wants to do its thing no matter how much coffee you drink. This came from the fact that you might still feel more alert due to the coffee but yes, you're still drunk.

5. It makes it harder to sleep. This is true for those who have a higher sensitivity to the caffeine and/or those who drink coffee late in the day.

The bottom-line is that you do research about things before believing it. Especially something like coffee.

15 Fun Things to Know About Coffee

Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world, however, much of it still remains a history to much of the world. Where did it come from? Is it healthy? Who discovered it? Etc.

It started with some goats? Word has it that some shepherds in Ethiopia first saw something interesting with the behavior of their goats after eating some berries. Their goats became frisky and were even "dancing" and hopping around.

It was eaten in the beginning. When coffee beans were still relatively new to people, they were originally eaten, not consumed as a beverage. African tribes would mix the coffee berries with some fat to create some energy balls. The caffeine in the berries mixed with the fat would be a sustaining energy source.

Islam was a big part of the rise of coffee. The surge in popularity of Islam was a big contributor to the rise in popularity of coffee. The large reason is because of one big rule within Islam and the time in history. While water is safe to drink in many countries now, in the past, it was not safe to drink for just about anyone (no purification systems). Due to this, alcohol was the preferred beverage of choice (beer, whiskeys, vodkas, etc) because the process to create the alcohol would eliminate contaminants in the water. However, since Islam forbid the consumption of alcohol, Muslims turned to coffee as their beverage of choice.

There's always money in the bean belt. The Bean Belt, the nice name for the section of earth between the Tropics of Cancer & Capricorn, is where all the coffee of the earth is grown. Almost all of the coffee grown in the world is from outside the US, except for Hawaii, the only US soil to produce coffee beans.

Coffee shops, or houses, were once illegal. In the grand year of 1675, the King of England forbid coffee houses from the country. He believed that they were places where people would meet up to plan against him. Of course, this still allowed taverns to be a place to meet, so who knows his logic.

It's quite popular, you know! 70 percent of the world consumes coffee brewed from Arabica beans, which of the two are more aromatic and mild. The remaining 30 percent of the world prefers to drink coffee brewed from Robusta beans. Robusta beans are much more bitter-tasting yet have 50 percent more caffeine than Arabica.

It's not like it grows on trees. No, wait, it does. Coffee berries are from trees, these trees can grow up to 30 feet tall. However, for easier picking, the trees are cultivated around 10 feet tall.

It's from a berry. You may have noticed us saying "coffee berries", why? Well, the coffee bean is actually grown inside of a berry. These berries are bright red and sort of look like cherries. The berries are picked, dried, stripped down to the bean, and then the beans are roasted. The berry bit is used for other things.

It's a big trade item. Coffee beans are the 2nd most traded commodity on the planet. The first is oil. People appear to love dark liquids.

George Washington created instant coffee. No, not the first president of the US. This George Washington was a Begian man living in Guatemala; in 1906, he created the lovable instant coffee, which led the way to K-Cup coffee.

Espresso is a way coffee is prepared. Espresso coffee is the name for a certain way the drink is prepared, not the name of a bean or roast.

American GIs in WWII had a big effect on coffee. When American soldiers were in Italy, they found that the espresso was too strong, so they'd order their espressos with water to dilute it a bit, which created the Americano. In addition to that, the term, "Cup of Joe" was created when people realized that American GIs, or GI Joes, loved coffee.

Mocha Mint Latte - A K-Cup Coffee Recipe

Since it is spring, and that usually is greeted by things that are green: grass, trees, milkshakes, a Chicago river, etc. So why not make a latte that also features some green! Don't worry, the latte is not green but it does have mint :)

Here's what you'll need for the recipe:

  • An extra bold K-Cup coffee blend
  • 4 ounces of milk - skim, 2 percent, or whole
  • 1/4 teaspoon of peppermint extract
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup - whatever brand that your heart desires will do.
  • Whipped cream (used for topping, so no minimum amount required)
  • A milk frother
  • A large mug (at least 14 ounces)
Now that we have the ingredients ready to go, let's get started!
  1. Brew the K-Cup into your mug.
  2. Prep the milk in the milk frother while you are brewing the coffee. This won't take long.
  3. When the milk is done brewing, mix in the peppermint extract.
  4. Mix in your 4 tablespoons of chocolate syrup
  5. Now, carefully stir in your milk (it will be hot) and the sugar (or sugar substitute) if you are adding in any of that.
  6. Lavish it with some whipped cream (tub or can, doesn't matter).
Enjoy your latte with some sunshine and warmth as we've made it out of winter!

Is Coffee the New Superfood?

Recent health studies, and health studies over the past year or two, have been saying how coffee is a fix for all sorts of health issues such as heart disease, certain cancers, Parkinsons & Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, etc. But is it able to help all of these health issues?

Coffee has hundreds of compounds in it, some of which are good for you, while others are not. This is why coffee has been flip-flopped on the "is it healthy for us?" scale. The good news is that coffee (when consumed in moderation) is not bad for you. However, do proceed with caution before consuming the whole pot of coffee with the belief that you just did your heart and brain a huge favor.

A recent health study from Korea shows that people who consume three to five cups of coffee per day will help reduce calcium build-ups from clogging arteries. While there is some link here, researchers are waiting on more research on these findings.

Coffee has been found to not increase the odds of dying from any specific disease(s) but that does not give us the go-ahead to consume a whole bunch of it. While it can help reduce chances of developing things like heart disease and cancers, this is not so much the case of coffee that is loaded with sugary additives, such as whipped cream. This has been found for both decaffeinated coffee and caffeinated coffee, including K-Cup coffee.

Bottom line: do your research and consume coffee in moderation. One way to keep coffee moderation in check is with coffee K-Cups since you can actually see how much coffee you had after the coffee is consumed. Purchase coffee from Coffeevines and be on your way to a responsible, moderate coffee habit and actually enjoy the health benefits of coffee.

3 Cups of Coffee a Day Keeps the Heart Attacks Away

Consuming three to five cups of coffee each day can help keep your risk of heart attack or clogged arteries in check. A recent health study analyzed the connection between levels of coffee consumption and coronary artery calcium, which is an indicator of heart disease (which is the clogging of arteries).

The study was done in South Korea, using 25k men and women with no signs of heart disease and an average age of 41. The researchers found that the people who consumed more coffee had lower levels of calcium.

One cup of coffee meant having an average calcium ratio of 0.77, up to three cups meant 0.66, up to five cups meant 0.59. After that, more than five cups, calcium ratios began to increase. So cap it at five cups, everyone.

The true component in coffee that is causing this health benefit is still being researched but the connection is being found to be true. A doctor from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in the U.S. hopes this will change the view of coffee as something that is part of an unhealthy lifestyle.

Another Reason to Drink Coffee: It Can Reduce Your Risk of Multiple Sclerosis

That's right, a new medical study has shown that coffee might help reduce the risk of developing Multiple Sclerosis, or MS. It will be presented at the 67th Annual Meeting for the American Academy of Neurology in D.C. What is Multiple Sclerosis?

An estimated 2.3 million people around the world have Multiple Sclerosis, a chronic disease that affects the Central Nervous System (which includes the brain, spinal cord, and optic nerves). It is said that MS is auto-immune, which means that the immune system induced inflammation in the protective coating of the nerve fibers, which are called myelin.

In the past, we've heard about coffee helping reduce the risk of Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's, skin cancer, and other forms of cancer as well.

A doctor from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Dr. Ellen Mowry, and her colleagues studied data from two different population-based studies and analyzed the connection between coffee consumption and MS.

Their first study was from Sweden and included over 1600 people with MS and then 2800 healthy people; the second study was from the United States and has 1100+ people with MS and another 1100+ that were healthy.

The results of the study from Sweden found that the people who did not drink coffee during the year before the onset of MS symptoms were 1.5x more likely to eventually develop MS, versus the people who consumed 6+ cups of coffee per day.

The research also found that people who consumed coffee had a protective effect against MS during the five to ten years prior to the onset of MS symptoms.

Don't slack on your coffee consumption, now that science is finding all these health benefits! To be sure you have enough coffee on hand, shop Coffeevines - a Chicago K-Cup coffee retailer.

Coffee Sales are Expected to Soar In Next 5 Years

Coffee is already one of the world's most popular beverages, however, there is a major swing in popularity in the works. The world's two most populated countries, China and India, are becoming bigger & bigger coffee fans.

As China and India become bigger coffee fans, the demand for the hot beverage is expected to increase by 25 percent. As countries around the world continue to become more westernized, the consumption of coffee, including single cup coffee, continues to increase.

At this point in time, the consumption of coffee around the world is around 141.6 million bags of coffee beans; however, by the year 2020, coffee consumption is expected to be at a consumption rate of 175.8 million bags. As the popularity of K-Cup coffee continues to rise as well, we will see this rise as well (sales have tripled since 2011).

The coffee craze is timing up in a peculiar way with the tighter coffee supplies as Brazil has seen droughts affect their coffee bean output. The droughts have reduced the coffee supply by 5.7 million coffee bags in 2015 (aside from the droughts, there was a fungus that ruined many crops, as well).

GE Fridges Get In-Door K-Cup Brewing System

Wow, talk about an advancement in the K-Cup coffee brewing world!

Soon, very soon, you will have yet another great reason to be staring at your fridge because it will be brewing your coffee. GE Café French doors have been known to have hot water dispensers, this is nothing new; however, GE has just come to an agreement with Keurig to create a fridge that can also brew your coffee K-Cups.

The feature is removable and should you choose to use it, it operates like how we would expect. You take out the brewer, put in the K-Cup, put the brewer back, choose your size, and let if cascade into your cup.

The cool part is that you can still operate it with your smartphone if you want to; if you are someone who likes to wake up to the smell of coffee in the morning, then set a timer and wake up to happiness! It is also easy to clean since it is dishwasher safe and as stated, removable. If you like reusable cups, you can still use them with this fridge.

The only foreseeable problem is that taller glasses, including some tumblers, will not likely fit into the machine.

Does this scan the lid like the Keurig 2.0? No. Can you still use 3rd-party packs? Possibly.

The fridge will hit sales floors in the fall and with a $3,300 price tag.

If you love your K-Cup coffee and want to really impress your friends, consider this fridge.

White Chocolate Latte Recipe for New Year's Eve

New Year's Eve is a great night for getting together with friends, family, and even strangers to watch the clock tick and strike midnight, welcoming the new year. Of course, the energy it takes to be energetic and awake all the way until midnight tends to wane as we get older.

So what is the solution? Coffee. A cup of coffee. Now, I find that taking the time to make an ordinary cup of coffee something special does not have to be a huge ordeal. This K-Cup coffee  recipe is easy to make and will wow your tastebuds and your party guests.

What you will need:
  • 1 extra bold coffee K-Cup -- this can be whatever brand of coffee that you like, just make sure it is indeed extra bold.
  • 4 ounces of skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips
  • whipped cream
  • A milk frother-- If you do not have this, then get heavy whipping cream and use a whisk on it for a while until it gets nice and airy.
  • Mug
Now what? Now, we get to make the coffee. It is easy, trust me.
  1. Put 2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips into a 14 ounce mug
  2. Brew the single cup coffee into that same mug
  3. Froth the milk
  4. Stir the coffee until the chocolate chips are melted
  5. Mix in the frothed milk (if you use a frother, be careful because it will be hot)
  6. Top that loveliness off with whipped cream
This coffee drink will both delight you and make the night even more exciting. It'll make the night go from, "Wow, it's almost midnight…" to "Wow! It's almost midnight!"

8 Fun & Festive Twists on Coffee

Coffee is already an amazing thing but who is to say that you can't make a great thing better? I say you can! In the spirit of it being cold out now and holidays coming up, here are 8 ways to make your coffee a bit more delightful.

  1. Caramel. Using some of the caramel ice cream topping in your fridge will work wonderfully for this. If you are more of a purist, you can melt down some caramel and mix it in.
  2. Vanilla. Mixing in some vanilla extract or some vanilla coffee creamer makes coffee taste like heaven.
  3. Cinnamon. If you use ground cinnamon, then add in a teaspoon of it; if you want to be a bit more adventurous, then use a cinnamon stick to stir your coffee. This is a common thing to do in Spain and some South American countries. Very good.
  4. Ice cream. Mix in whatever kind of ice cream you want but I tend to stay with vanilla or chocolate. Make sure your coffee is hot enough to take the coldness of the ice cream and stay warm.
  5. Peppermint. Use a peppermint candy cane to stir your coffee, it tastes great and works wonderfully! It is cool, too, because you hear the candy cane crackle and melt due to the heat of the coffee.
  6. Chocolate. Make it mocha! I like to mix in some hot cocoa mix, chocolate chips, or break of pieces of a candy bar.
  7. Honey. A spoonful of honey gives it great flavor and texture. Who doesn't love honey?
  8. Marshmallow fluff. I was skeptical about this one but it gives great flavor and makes it a bit thick and creamy. Wow, so good.
Give these tips a try! You'd be surprised how delicious some can be, like the marshmallow fluff, who knew? Once you try them, let us know on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, or in the comments!

4 Common Mistakes People Make with Coffee

Coffee is at the heart of many Americans, and frankly, people around the globe. Many of us consume it first thing in the morning, then again later on in the morning, perhaps again in the afternoon, etc. We drink a lot of it. It smells good, it tastes great, and keeps us happy and sane.

However, there are certain things that we do with coffee that are not great to do with coffee.
  1. The first thing is that some people try to use coffee as a substitute for smoking. While this can be a great idea, replacing the cigarette with the coffee K-Cup is that some of the effects of the chemicals in the cigarette and the tobacco can make the liver perform faster; this makes the metabolism burn the caffeine faster than a coffee drinker who does not smoke. Due to this, smokers can have a higher caffeine tolerance than non-smokers and might have to drink three to four times the amount of coffee to have the same effect. Having too much coffee can create some health risks, remember, everything in moderation.
  2. Having coffee too late in the day creates another issue. The point of coffee is to wake us up but we do not want to have coffee but we do not want it to prevent us from falling asleep at night. If you have coffee too late, then you might find your bedtime is thrown off, which disrupts your sleep cycle. Know your body and how it reacts to caffeine. If you really want more coffee later in the day, try using decaf coffee.
  3. Trying to sweat out the caffeine is not something that works too well either. Have you ever had one cup too many and then you feel jittery and anxious? Often times, we try to do something to sweat out the caffeine. Sometimes, we try to eat something to soak up some of the caffeine as well. The ladder might work, depending on what you eat but not always. See, caffeine is metabolized at the same rate no matter what so trying to sweat it out or eating food to soak it up does not really work too well.
  4. Believing that only die-hards can tolerate espresso. Yeah, we know that espresso can be a real bold way to drink coffee but it is not reserved for the dedicated and seasoned coffee consumers. A shot of espresso has less caffeine than an 8 ounce cup of coffee. You also might find it interesting that a lightroast coffee has more caffeine than a dark roast coffee or a mediumroast coffee.

Coffee sure is an interesting beverage. We love it!

Do you need a quick fix for your short coffee supply? Then shopCoffeevines and get your coffee delivered to your door right away! No need to stop at the store, especially if the closest one is a long drive away!

Artisanal Coffee is the Next Coffee Revolution

We all know about artisanal cheese and beers but there is a new brew on the menu, artisanal coffee; this is a new gourmet coffee that requires the best beans, precise measurements of coffee and water, and poured in a pre-warmed cup. Of course, this is according to the brew geniuses over at Stumptown Coffee.

Stumptown is an industry leader in the ever-growing movement of brew masters looking to leave their footprint on the way that coffee is consumed. Some say this latest way is the third wave of coffee. The first wave was back in the 1960s when coffee was mass marketed by Folgers and other companies and the second wave was in the 1990s when Starbucks & other chains made specialty drinks to order.

This "third wave" is bringing a certain sophistication and intricacy to the coffee world, leaving artisanal brands to lead the way for the coffee consuming world. Of course, they still have their work cut out to get serious slices of the pie from Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts.

It makes sense the new trend would be headed in US cities like New York, San Francisco, and Chicago. After all, us Americans consume around 400 million cups of the stuff everyday; that number boosted when single cup coffee hit store shelves.

Don't think it'll last? Well, coffee experts believe that artisanal coffee is the future of coffee consumption. People are ready and willing to pay a little extra for an experience.

Do you want a coffee experience that delivers to you? Then shop Coffeevines! We carry major brands like Starbucks and deliver right to your door.

Halloween Recipe: Dark Devil's Food Cake

You may be wondering, "Why am I reading a recipe for Devil's Food Cake on a Coffee blog"? Well, it is close to Halloween and the recipe uses K-Cup coffee. It's a win-win, folks. However, don't be spooked by the thought of eating cake, this one has fewer calories than many recipes.

The prep time for this is about 10 minutes and the cook time is just over 30 minutes, max 35 minutes. The ingredients you will need for this recipe are simple but may require a quick trip the the grocery store. This will serve about 20 people, unless you have a few monsters running around who are particularly hungry.

  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups of sugar - can be raw, organic, or sugar substitute if needed
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder- unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 2/3 cup of applesauce - no cinnamon
  • 1 cup of low fat buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 coffee K-Cup
Now that we have the ingredients, let's get going!
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Take a baking pan, 13x9x2 and spray it with some PAM or vegetable oil spray. Sprinkle a bit of flour in there too.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, a large one if you can find one, and mix in the flour, sugar, cocoa, and the baking soda. Give it a nice stir.
  3. Mix in the applesauce, buttermilk, the vegetable oil, and the eggs. Again, give it a nice stir.
  4. Now, grab yourself a saucepan and put the coffee in there (after you've brewed that, of course). Bring the coffee to a light boil on medium heat. Stir occasionally. Once it comes to a light boil, mix it into the batter from step 3.
  5. Pour it into the pan. Put in oven for 35 minutes. If it is not done, do 5 more minutes. Of course, use the toothpick test to see when it's good to go.
  6. Chow down, my friends.
